Wales in looking to see what is new in the world of RVs, loved what we saw and now own a new coach with great trade in on our 17 model year old coach. They went the extra diastance to ensure the new coach would fit into our existing MH garage. The store is dog friendly. Since we were not yet ready to to our dingy with this rig, they allowed us to park our van in their lot for the weekend! This was our first experience buying a RV. We had stopped at another Poulsbo RV dealership and found the experience to be bad. The salesman was not very helpful in showing us any RV's and complained about all the walking he was having to do in following us around to show us the RV we wanted to see. We went to Poulsbo RV of Fife and the experience was totally different. we purchased our fifth wheel Oct. 2014 from Poulsbo RV in Fife. It was our first venture into the RV world. The staff has been phenomenal in their efforts to help us "city folks" learn the ins and outs of "RV'ing" We have utilized their service center twice now and had immediate resolve of our issues. Very professional and friendly. Absolutely recommend this place of business.
We've been looking for a trailer for two years. We waited and went to the rv show in Seattle. They didn't have the length we were looking for there however Daniel looked on line and found a great deal at an actual store. Dan reimbursed us for our tickets into the rv show and we ended up purchasing the trailer we were looking at. It was a great price. The buying process was pretty painless. From the time I walked onto the lot and I was meet by Cindy. It was an excellent experience. I came to see a specific model selected from their web page. We surveyed the trailer. And I decided to buy it if they could meet some special needs. They agreed to move my traveler dish HIDEF antenna from my old trailer to the new one and install a small outside access door for my amateur radio connections. My 81 year old mother bought a new 2013 5th will and as others stated the sales person would say and promise anything to make the sale. We paid 55k cash and performed walk through and created a list of items to be fixed. We were provided a date that the RV would be ready for final walk through and purchase. When we showed up they were still cleaning and repairing items on the 5th wheel. Some items were not complete on the delivery date but they promised the items would be repaired in a timely manner, that was a year ago. The... read more
