Thank You Randy Wilson for your review, you should tell the truth about what really happened Sir, you called our office trying to cancel a policy that was not even your policy, your girlfriend did not have you listed on the policy, and you had no legal authority to change or cancel the policy. our staff tried to explain that to you but you did not like what you were hearing, the vehicle also had a lien and you would not provide the proof of replacement coverage.
This is the worse insurance company I have ever dealt with. Tried to cancel my insurance thru them and could never get a hold of the agent that had my policy. Left multiple messages for him to call me back and nothing but crickets.

Just wanted too cancel my auto policy as it expired so it didn’t renew, this clown kept saying he’s gotta see a new policy before he can cancel, it’s not required, it’s just a courtesy, my new guys dealt with this clown, never again, all he’s interested in is your money, imma hammer progressive with a complaint over this idiots agency.
