Just wanted too cancel my auto policy as it expired so it didn’t renew, this clown kept saying he’s gotta see a new policy before he can cancel, it’s not required, it’s just a courtesy, my new guys dealt with this clown, never again, all he’s interested in is your money, imma hammer progressive with a complaint over this idiots agency.
Be very careful doing business with this agency! Received a replacement homeowners policy notice and the coverages were not enough to cover losses if we had a claim.Questioned why I was blindsided with a notice in the mail, when they could have called and given me a heads up and discussed my options. I was told "that is not how we do things".....If you want good customer service , find a different agent to work with.
Saved me over $1,200 on homeowners along with quick, friendly service. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.
