Randy was very professional and helpful in giving us a visual of how our remodel would look and what would fit in our kitchen. He showed us all that Poulin can do and we were pleased with the quality of work we saw in previous jobs.

I felt I was led to believe that this company had professional workers in the Santa Fe area. There were not workers near Santa Fe - every day they had to drive up and back from Albuquerque which ate into their work time. Therefore, the estimated 2 week project went on and on,, several weeks over the estimated finish date, pushing me right up against the holidays when my family was coming in from out of town. Re-model bathroom. Bath to Shower conversion Very professional and arrived on time, clean up everyday with minimal mess through job process. Work was completed as stated. Did an excellent job along with very happy with completed project.

We were thrilled with the design that Laurie Merrill of Poulin Designs created. Dark floor-to-ceiling cabinetry in a traditional style, white stone in the shower area, white floors. The shower has a beautiful design of blue glass tile that is breathtaking. The bathroom has the feel of a New Orleans spa, luxurious and immaculate, just the look we were going for. After moving to New Mexico, we needed to have a bathroom transformed into a handicapped accessible bathroom. We also decided to upgrade the master bath which was in poor repair. Poulin Design Center replaced the tub and shower in one bathroom and replaced the shower in the master bath with RE-BATH products. The estimate was done promptly. I found their workers to be completely professional and thorough. They paid attention to small details. They arrived on time, completed the designated tasks and cleaned up after themselves. I had one minor problem after the job was completed, a cupboard door was slightly misaligned, and they returned to fix the problem promptly.

We are very happy with our kitchen remodel that was done by Poulin Design. The remodel included minor changes to footprint, new cabinets, granite and flooring. Our new tile floors look amazing. We chose a wood-grain plank tile and it does look like we have new wood floors. The team (sales person, office staff, and work crew) was so professional, friendly, respectful, and very trustworthy. The mobile showroom, which came to our home, was an added plus when we wanted to select tile from samples. The work crew were meticulous with the prep of all floors and the end result is spectacular. Plan to use them again to finish two more bedrooms.

We contacted Poulin Design to replace an existing bathtub with a walk-in shower. They met our request for an evening appointment, and arrived promptly as scheduled. We were very impressed with the presentation and all questions were answered. When it came time for the installation all aspects were explained, and concerns met.
