I have engaged Poulin Design Center twice. Both were sizable engagements. In both instances, I was very pleased with their work. I found their design process to be excellent and cooperative. Our design expert worked with us throughout the process in the designs, in the material selections, and in periodic reviews while the work was going on. Likewise, the work crew was also excellent. I both recommend Poulin Design and would use them again.

We looked into Poulin as we had been given the HISA grant by the VA to complete a handicap access shower for my disabled husband. The design center was amazing, the process was seamless and the install was quick (4 days). The only ting that took time was waiting on the VA to award the money. Our installer Sam was met with a few challenges in a a very old house but kept rolling with everything!

Our project was very well done. We considered other re-modelers, but found them less trustworthy and vague about costs. Their estimates were lower, but Poulin staff was more professional, and we were willing to pay for that. We are very pleased with the results.

We used Poulin this fall to update a bathroom in a 30 yr old home. We found that all of our contacts with staff demonstrated competence, knowledge and were reliable. The cost estimate was accurate. The items we selected with the help of the designer were the excellent quality we expected. Perhaps most importantly, Alex, the person in charge of the installation was outstanding: he arrived on time, always cleaned up before he left or the day and his attention to detail was appreciated. I recommend them without reservation.

We couldn't be happier with our remodel of our kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining room by Poulin Design Center! They did an amazing job, and we just love the layout and design elements they incorporated into our design. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.

We would like to Thank our installer Bob Hollman for the FANTASTIC job remolding our bathroom. He was very precise, very clean and his workmanship showed in the excellent finished product. Bob showed professionalism and was very courteous. We have recommended Poulin Design Center to people we know.

I decided to have my master bathroom and kitchen remodeled in 2017 and obtained bids from 4-5 sources. After visiting several showrooms and going over various possibilities, I decided to hire Poulin Designs to do the work. The salesperson I worked with at Poulin, Reuben, was very knowledgeable and courteous and spent several hours over several days to help me to make good choices of design and materials. For my bathroom remodel Poulin offered gracious courtesy alongside overpriced products, minimally skilled design staff, project management with an emphasis on placing Poulin needs above customers, & one very nice but confused installer. Not surprisingly the billing office rep is the most efficient/effective employee. With delays & inefficiencies the bathroom is finally finished, but I won’t be hiring Poulin to do the rest of the house.
