Highly unprofessional, not helpful. Lost information on an item we purchased from them. Could not replace the part based on work order. Rude sales/help operator.
Horrible customer service. Left a message and two online requests for a call back during the week. Did get back to me on a Saturday and charged a lot to come and attempt to fix my air. Was happy to see them (95 degrees)so I had no issue paying the exorbitant weekend fees during the first visit on Saturday. ( note this company advertises 7 days a week but omits reference to weekend costs on their marketing materials).
