The team at The Pouch Place truly helped guide us through a very difficult and unfamiliar time. Rebecca and Lennis were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate every step of the way. Everyone we interacted with — including the phone staff — treated us with kindness and patience. I have been a client of the Pouch Place for about 4 years and they have always been exceptional in customer service, and quality products. I recently ran into an issue while traveling ( 100% my fault) and called the Pouch Place for help getting products I needed to my traveling location. I have struggled with leaking ostomy bags for over a year before discovering "The Pouch Place". I met with Lennis F. RN BSN COCN and she explained why my bags were leaking and showed me the best way to avoid future problems. She also advised me to use bags and supplies more suited to my type of stoma. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am very satisfied with the service i received from this store and very greatful to Lennis for her help.
