Called for basic questions and was just rude for absolutely no reason.
This company rep was helpful. After not really knowing how to create my son’s mask for school I was pointed in the right direction after having a conversation with the staff member. They have a desire to help others. Thank you for all your help.
I was told that they were booked with orders up to eight months and no one even asked to take my request on my custom order. It was rude service. They were better off, not even answering the phone.
Very responsive to design changes. Great communication between the two companies
