I have read the reviews and thought how out of character for Potvin and Potvin until this morning. I have been waiting over two months for this appt and it happened to fall during an ice and snow storm. I left work in Boston Ma yesterday to make it here and due to a break down and multiple accidents I wasn't off I 90 until 6 am. My appt was for 11 am and I live 40 mins away, when the roads are good. I pulled in at 11 20 am and they canceled my appt and said I can re schedule for April. Now they had already called me this mor... read more
