Heard great recommendations on this dentistry, yet when I called in November of 2015, the next available appointment wasn't until March of 2016. So I was placed on a "if a patient cancels" list. It's now mid April and I haven't heard a thing. This place appears to have high recommendations, however, maybe customer service should be worked on. Staff and dentists are wonderful at Potvin and Potvin. ALWAYS get you in on your scheduled appt time; no waiting!! Dr Mitch is very gentle-- only dentist my husband isn't afraid of. They only treat you for what you need! (New patients don't have to have their whole mouths re-worked, like some denti$ts want you to do) Hygenists are very nice-- treat you VERY well. Have referred a few people-- and they like Potvin and Potvin too!
