My son (3) was put to sleep for a “baby root canal” months ago. He was complaining of pain and when I explained this to the dentist she said, “oh, it’s just that it feels different because there’s no nerves there”, without suggesting any x-rays or appointments. Fast forward a few weeks and unimpressed with their professionalism, concern and workmanship (the crown they placed looks awful), we decided to get a second opinion. We love this place!! My girls are 7 and 10 and when they find out they are going they are soooo excited!!!
My daughters both love it here. We had an issue with a previous dentist because my youngest chipped her two front adult teeth and they kept giving us a runaround to fix them. They are awesome and I will keep my girls there.
They are the best around! Everyone is so nice and understanding. The time needed is taken so you leave with an understanding of what is going to happen. My son needed a lot of dental work and it was explained how they would do it and why. Our previous peds dentist made me feel like I wasn’t doing enough, Dr. Eric and Dr. Natalie never once made me feel that way! Everyone has been so wonderful with our son and made him feel at ease as well!
My husband and I just had our 3 children here today for the first time and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! The entire staff was phenomenal! Our son is terrified of going the dentist but here, they were great with him about it and worked with him! After an unpleasant experience with a different dentist office back in the summer, we are so happy that we have found Pottstown Pediatric Dentistry! I will recommend them to everyone!
