My Hygienist did a great job
I had an appointment for a cleaning and check-up on February 3. As always, the staff were very professional and friendly. My husband Michael and I have been patients at this office for about 10 years, and we recommend it to many people.
Had I known that dental care could be so comfortable, and yet, so thorough, I would have switched many years ago. Dental hygienist, Julia, was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr Raj Faldu was personable, informative, and thoughtful. A great team Using up-to-date technology and old-fashioned face-to-face connection, this dental practice has changed my sense of what dental care should have been.
I am grateful to the Team, Mary at the front desk is wonderful, Becky was kind and gentle and compassionate, Dr. Raj gave me the information I needed to determine next steps in my dental plan.
I was treated with respect and dignity. My only suggestion is to remove the computer at the onset and return to clipboards.
I know you are supposed to not like going to the dentist but this office is an exception. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Love Becky and love, love, love, Dr. Patel.
I had three fillings, a cap, and an impression done yesterday. I was on the chair for 2 and a half hours and I was done before I knew it. Dr. Patel gave me a numbing drug and I never knew it happened. Her assistants patiently answered my questions about what they were doing and Dr. Patel exercised extreme patience when I had difficulty performing a task to get to finish the impression.
PF&PD is a well run office, w/ a very congenial, professional staff, who are very good too about keeping to ones appointment time. Nice facilities. And, Dr. Patel, personally, who actually treats my mother, is absolutely professional in all regards.
