My children just had their first apt with Potts Pediatrics. Dr. Potts was so kind, calm, and caring with my boys. I really appreciate the focus on preventative care. The office is very clean and kid friendly. We got in quickly at our scheduled time. The office and nursing staff were great too. Thank you!!

There phones are dead can’t get a hold of anyone my son needs medicine and now I can’t get a prescription completely left out of touch and on my own with zero help because I can’t reach anyone there is this even pediatrician anymore??!?!
My first time being here was an unwelcoming experience. I just had my second child 1 month ago and have had issues since our first visit. They don’t answer phone calls and it’s impossible to hear the receptionist or nurses calling your name when they are whispering and there are children running around a pediatric office with newborn children and stressed out parents trying to fill out paperwork. The good: clean, most staff are nice but there’s this one lady at the front desk a little different than others, she doesn’t acknowledge you until 5 min and has a fake smile or try to smile. Either she hates her job or has a bad day but looks like each time we came there she’s like that. The bad: doesn’t matter if you come earlier than your appointment or on time, they make you wait there at least 30 min and plus. Just annoying you don’t win.
