Unfortunately I had to stop taking my child here because of an insurance billing issue from this Pediatrician office. The insurance company has made multiple attempts to contact the office manager but she has been unresponsive. When I called the front desk, they take no responsibility and deflect everything back to the office manager. Telling me “multiple people are having issues with insurance” does not make me feel any better about my child not being able to been seen by a doctor. This is the best pediatrician around here!!!!!!! I have been to two different pediatricians before I found this one. One of them lost my child’s vaccination records. The other one wouldn’t take a sick visit walk-in. This place was open on Saturday when we had an urgent matter and we didn’t want to sit at the ER for eight hours. So I called the morning of a Saturday and was able to get in very quickly. This place is very quick. I’ve never had to wait super long when making an appointment.
