My first impression was positive. I'm a new patient. Friendly staff and thorough exam.
The Pott's dental team is great from the front office to the dental chair. Courteous, careful and gentle. So gental it brought me to My first experience falling asleep in the dental chair while Derek was filling a small cavity. (Not a common experience for me in a dental chair.)

When I first walked in I was greeted by Yesenia who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Pott's as well as the assistant were both terrific! I am extremely grateful for the customer service they provided and enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. I was more than thrilled to have come to a dental practice who not only welcomes you with open arms, but to be treated like family! Thank you staff!
