I ordered my daughter’s pink palm puff backpack with her initials on it on July 5, 2026. It didn’t say at the time it was on back order or low quantities when I made this purchase for the backpack, lunch box, and pencil pouch. Customer service is atrocious. 4 workers standing at the desk and none greeted or said anything about helping. Just talked to each other.
A few weeks ago I sat down with my toddler to pick out his book bag for preschool. He picked the “Mackenzie Firefighters” print and was so excited. I forgot to order at the time and decided it could wait until close to school starting. Earlier this week when I went to order, it showed the print no longer being available. Just received an embroidered blanket for a baby gift. The original stroller blanket was our go to baby gift for the last 20 years since my 21 year-old daughter first received hers. Unfortunately, the replacement for the stroller blanket is the Chamois blanket. Not only is the quality not nearly as good as the original blanket, the packaging was terrible.
