Bad customer service esp if you're a younger woman. My sister and I were profiled and treated poorly despite being paying customers
Kind of the worst! We bought a chair there on the spot - a whopping $1300. They don't deliver. They have really weird pick up and drop off/return policies - their "stockman" is not there every day so if you're not local, just remember you have to finagle your schedule so that you can only be there to load/pickup or return items on very specific days and hours. Ordered a stocking for my newborn daughter. Showed up and the font was so small you could hardly see it. I talked to customer service and they said they would make it right and send us a new one. Second stocking shows up and the font is exactly the same. The only way to get a refund is to send the stockings back so now I’m stuck doing extra work to get my mo ey back. Pictures are what was advertised vs what we received. Very disappointed.
Unacceptable customer service. I bought a very expensive coffee table one year and two weeks ago. I waited for 40 minutes to get a supervisor on the phone. He repeatedly told me there is "nothing" he can do and then hung up on me. This is unacceptable and I will never buy from Pottery barn again.
