Mr Potter is rude and argumentative. I asked when I could bring my car to him and he told me that it was impossible for him to tell me that. He even argued with me about the price I was paying for car insurance which has nothing to do with him fixing my car. No matter what I said to him, he wanted to argue with me about it. He never even looked at my car, I was just trying to schedule an appointment for him to do so.
