Great Service. Very professional. They were here to service my unit on time and It is doing well.
We recently had Potter and Primm Inc. install a new unit in our home. The service has been wonderful!! Everyone has been very knowledgeable, friendly, and they made sure that we were 100% satisfied. We love our new unit and Potter and Primm Inc. has made a customer for life. Thank you for giving me one less thing to worry about and making my home comfortable for my family.
they are the best around here. have had many occasions to use their services and have never had a complaint with the service or equipment. Micheal is polite, knowlegable, helpful and a a real gentleman, as are the other employees i have dealt with. love our new unit and the lower utility bill. great investment for our house and comfortability. super job!

These folks are great. On their first visit out they found a major and dangerous situation ( a blockage in our line) that could have cause carbon monoxide poisoning, fixed it up and gave us some safety tips. We have since participated in their yearly contract, very reasonably priced, for 2 visits a year to ensure our unit works properly when we need it to. The employees who come out have been very knowledgeable and friendly. We have been using them for several years now and only have good things to say!
