Gary is the best most honest mechanic I have ever dealt with. He has been working on my personal vehicle as well as my companies fleet vehicles for quite a while now. He always does quality work at a reasonable price and he won't try to upsell you stuff you don't need.
I wouldn't recommend this repair shop to anyone! Unreliable repair work & unethical business practices. Gary lied & claimed he performed repairs that he did not do. He had my car almost 2 weeks, charged me several hundred dollars & my car still isn't fixed. This is the absolute last place I'd ever take my car.

I’ve always heard that Potter Motors was great but you really have to experience it for yourself. Gary was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything before taking my vehicle for service. He also made sure I was still able to get to work so I didn’t have to take any time off. After it was done, Crystal came and drove me to the shop to pick up my car. He then took the time to explain what he had done. I’d recommend Gary to anyone who is needing any automotive services!
Gary and the group over at Potter Motors, does a great job explaining what needs to be done and gives great feedback on making your car run tip top.
I couldn’t be more happier with this company when things didn’t look so good they jumped through hoops to get us a new car and im so happy with my purchase I would recommend to anyone! Thanks again Gary and Krystal!
