I loved everything about my experience today! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had several bad experiences with my previous eye care provider. Kim was able to make adjustments to my current glasses and helped me pick out new frames.
This is a great practice. extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very welcoming. I recommend them to everyone.
The whole family now uses Potter Family Eye care! I always run into someone I know when I visit. The staff is great and Dr Potter does a great job explaining your eyesight.
Our whole family loves Potter Family Eye Care! We switched from a practice in the Castleton area that only cared about upselling. Dr Potter is very thorough and takes time to explain everything. He is also very caring & compassionate as he gets to know each of his patients. He always talks to my boys about school and what’s going on in their lives. The staff is wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about them - they are the best!
5 Star establishment! The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Potter takes the time to answer questions and I never feel rush or dismissed for asking these questions. Dr Potter examinations are thorough and gentle.

Omg! I’ve had such poor experiences with eye care in the past! I pass Potter Eye Care so often with living near by & kick myself for not scheduling sooner! Dr. Potter is so thorough, caring, & explanatory. His staff is unbelievable! They’re so pleasant & positive & willing to help you in any way! My entire family, including 3 daughters, will go nowhere else. Thank you Potter Family Eye Care! You just don’t find this type of excellent medical care often. 👍🏻
This to me would qualify as a hidden gem. Once you find it you will never go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and highly motivated to get you what you truly need. Your quality of vision is there number one priority!
