My home's water pressure dropped, and whenever I turned on a faucet, the plumbing made loud banging noises and the pipes shook hard enough that I worried something in the line might fail. Luckily, Cameron was able to work me into the schedule quickly. During the visit, I also found out the water heater tank had a slow leak because it had not been flushed in a long time. i heard about this plumbing service from a neighbor who was really happy with the drain and pipe work they had done. So i decided to call them for help with our kitchen sink that was not draining right. cameron came out and was very professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knew his plumbing work. We went over the problem in detail, and he checked everything carefully both inside and outside the house to find where the blockage was affecting the line. After his inspection, he got started on the repair right away. In a shor... read more

I highly recommend Potter Brothers Plumbing. They replaced our old water heater with a tankless system, and we have been very happy with it. A little later, Cameron followed up to make sure I was happy with the service and that the repair was working properly. Everything was running as it should, and I really appreciated the fast response, g... read more

Malachi and Cameron were a huge help when my water heater suddenly failed and water started spraying through the area. It was a very stressful plumbing emergency, and I was worried about damage spreading through the house. When I called, Malachi calmly explained how to shut off the water supply and helped me figure out where the main shutoff was located outside my home in Nutley. That guidance made a big difference and helped limit the water damage before the crew arrived. They came out shortly after and got right to work ... read more
