For a full week, we could not use our hot water heater because of a venting problem. After calling around and getting passed from one place to another, I finally reached Potter Brothers Plumbing. Cameron asked me to send photos of the visible problem areas, explained in simple terms what he believed was going on, and said he was confident he could fix it. Potter Brothers Plumbing went above and beyond when they cleaned our septic tank and repaired the lid. Cameron was very professional, skilled, and easy to talk to, and he answered all of my questions clearly and patiently. He arrived on time both visits, worked hard from start to finish, and made sure everything was handled the right way.
