Excellent service! Malachi responded quickly and arrived at my home in Nutley within an hour. I explained the problems I was having with my water heater—the pilot light would start but wouldn’t stay on, there was leaking and rust at the bottom, and even a little wind would shut it off, leaving us with cold water for our showers. Our water heater stopped working, so we called Potter Brothers Plumbing because of their good reviews, availability, and fair pricing. They arrived right on time and quickly replaced our water heater. We also needed the city supply line main shut-off valve replaced since it was leaking. Cameron took care of coordinating with the city to get the water turned off, then replaced the leaking valve without any issues.
