I’m not sure about the negative reviews here, but my experience with Potter Brothers Plumbing was fantastic. When I received the estimate, Cameron was punctual and very detailed. He handled all the communication with the Sanitary District office for the necessary permits and inspections. The job was completed in just one day, without any issues or unexpected costs. Cameron was exceptional! He had a lot of knowledge, was friendly and respectful, making it a pleasure to converse with him. We needed emergency plumbing services to tackle a seriously clogged kitchen sink. He clearly explained the steps to clear the blockage through the cleanout. After experiencing a burst water main at my home on a Saturday night, I reached out to several 'emergency' plumbing services but couldn't get anyone to respond over the weekend. Finally, I found Malachi late on a Sunday afternoon. He arrived at my house within an hour, worked efficiently even in the dark, and completed the repair that same evening at a reasonable price.
