Our Carriage House Bakery features a traditional wood-fired brick oven that produces crusty, hearth baked artisan breads. Our breads are made using organic and wholesome ingredients; they are not made with fats, fillers, or preservatives. The dough is scaled by hand, shaped by hand and the bread is put in the oven on a peel, by hand. Each loaf of bread has its own characteristics and no two are exactly alike. Great co op. We always stop here on our way to visit family in Dexter NY. Very thankful for the Potsdam co op.
