Our Carriage House Bakery features a traditional wood-fired brick oven that produces crusty, hearth baked artisan breads. Our breads are made using organic and wholesome ingredients; they are not made with fats, fillers, or preservatives. The dough is scaled by hand, shaped by hand and the bread is put in the oven on a peel, by hand. Each loaf of bread has its own characteristics and no two are exactly alike. RecommendedLove this place—the smell you walk into is like a Middle Eastern spice market. Just delicious! The selection is wonderful. I particularly enjoy the dolmas (only place I’ve found them in the NoCo) and the Olive Rosemary flat bread made on site. Their daily prepared soups and chilis are total yum! I joined membership this year! ❤️☮️✌🏽
I am a Co-op member, #15. I buy the pre-paid gift cards for MYSELF and load them when they get low. That way it saves our Co-op a little off the $18K annual credit card bill!

There is so much to love. Great grab and go lunch options, the BEST breads and scones, and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. I absolutely love the vibe of the place and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. The Co-op is such a gift to our community; a true gem!

I just had the unwrapped chicken wrap for the first time. This may be my new favorite food. The combination of veggies and spices and the sauce was unique and tasty. And also very filling, I didn't miss the bread at all, and my belly thanks you!

the scones are the BEST i have ever eaten and the bread also , the french baguettes are my favorite Chris does an awesome job , only bread i will eat ,these days,.,,.
