Called made my appointment but they canceled because front desk said they called and left a voicemail to confirm. I never had a voicemail and showed on time. I have never heard of offices canceling appointments because they did not confirm. You know how easy it is for staff to put a note and say called to confirm but no answer. I work in the medical field and see it all the time.
RecommendedWe recently moved to the area, and needed to find a new vet for our Mila Dog. So grateful we gave Potranco Veterinary Clinic a try!!! It was just a routine exam, and her shots, but we were wowed by the whole staff. You can tell they truly care for, and love animals. So happy we found a GREAT vet clinic close to home💕

I originally picked Potranco Vet 3 years ago because it’s super close to my house, but now I stay because of the excellent care they provide for my babies. Especially my big guy! He’s very stubborn and the staff is always so sweet and patient with him. He doesn’t like many people but he likes them 😂 they take good care of my girl and my kitty too!
First Appointment Today after moving from out of town. From Receptionist, Vet Tech & Vet Doctor awesome customer service and going above and beyond for our fur baby check up. My husband and I felt at ease and welcome that Our Luna was under great care . Thank You Potranco Veterinary Family for making us feel like Family today with Luna’s Check Up. 🐾❤️🤗
The awesome staff here is always a joy to see and always makes my dogs feel safe and cared for.
