Our first time in was yesterday after my pup got in a fight at the dog park with a much bigger dog. The staff were very sympathetic and helpful, I called 4 other vets before this one asking if theyd accept walk-ins, when I finally called Potranco, they mentioned that they dont normally but had me bring him by anyway. We Love Dr. Graham she is the greatest with our babies. We had several other vets, but we were blessed to find Protanco vet clinic and Dr Graham. professioal, courteous, caring, and reasonable. Truly a notch above the rest.
So loving to our lil dog as she nursed an ear infection.....we felt as if we'd been coming for yrs. a definite clinic to see if you're wanting to be treated like fam!
This place it's all about money Had a bad experience
Picked up my dog from being kenneled for 2 nights and they tried to give him to me when he was covered in poop! Apparently he has pooped in his kennel (obviously he was sick because he NEVER does that) and they "hadn't had time to clean him up yet" when I had called an HOUR AND A HALF before to let them know I was on my way to get him! This vet clinic is NOT what it used to be. It is overcrowded, every time I go and HAVE an appointment I STILL end up waiting almost 45 minutes to be seen because they can't keep up with their ... read more
