I started seeing Dr. Alok Desi 3 years ago when I had my first encounters of kidney stones;( he has been awesome! he, his nurses, front desk.. everyone are awesome and i highly recom them all !! I am disgusted by the incompetence of the Potomac Urology Staff. I have waited over a week for the nurses to send my new prescription to the medical supply company. It still hasn't happened. Every day I have to wait for those supplies, increases my chances of getting an infection. I will now be ordering these supplies (with a prescription) myself and I'm ending all business with these idiots. I'm also cancelling the medical exams that were just scheduled.
My husband was treated for bladder cancer by Dr. Klein, and we can't say enough good things about him or the entire practice. Very caring, supportive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thank you for such good care!
I am being treated for bladder cancer. The staff has been supportive at appointments and during treatment. The Dr is wiling to discuss the condition and the process / progress anticipated. The Dr has a caring attitude toward his patients.
Great practice - I would recommend it to everyone!
The staff is very welcoming and the doctors were wonderful. The office manager was a pleasure to work with when it came to explaining insurance and other procedures.
