I had an extremely frustrating experience with this practice and cannot recommend them. In just four appointments, I saw three different providers, with no continuity of care whatsoever. Each provider seemed unaware of prior visits, forcing me to repeat information and essentially start over every time. For a mental health service, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. Dr. Okema has been the best psychiatrist , digging in to watch and monitor my grandsons meds, ordering labs and noting his thyroid and kidney levels were a bit high, working with the PCP and myself to get my grandson an appointment for nephrologist and endocrinologist to make sure that his previous diagnosis of 'ADHD' and his focus issues are more than just ADHD. He is AMAZING! None of his previous psych doctors have gone this far to investigate his focus issues. They just medicated him and met with me every month. NO BUENO.... read more
