RecommendedFabulous people, great food and view
We took the Baseball Ferry on April 3rd! The process of ordering the tickets was easy and it was convenient to our hotel. The ride was slow but relaxing. The drop off point at the stadium is so close and just a light walk to get in! The Only con I have is that the game started At 1:05 and we got through security as the National Anthem was being sang. It would be great to get to the stadium and in our seats before the National Anthem! I might add we got right off the ferry and went right through security no stopping!
I was very excited to ride on the river taxi. That was one of my “vacation goals”, however we bought tickets and our boat was over an hour late. People who were boarding after us were getting on the boat before us with the same destination. Staff was clueless to what was going on. All in all, our experience was good besides being on a crowded boat and some of the people had to stay behind and wait for another water taxi. Great service overall and very convenient, but it seems to lack on customer service to season pass holders. Several rude encounters(Wharf location), inconsistent policies between different locations, schedule changes without notice, etc. Still waiting for contact from management about reported issues weeks ago.
An excellent experience to see the cherry blossoms around DC and get to see the monuments as well. We had a situation where we were late for our 2 PM time and they were very cooperative and switched our tickets for 3:30 PM. Great, smooth ride. Wonderful staff. A must and a good buy!

Great experience and perfect idea for people to see some of the monuments. Definitely a must do for folks traveling to the area.

Customer service is non-existent. And there's no way to provide feedback to the company via their website. No attempt by anybody to be welcoming and friendly. And they charge more on holiday weekends, something not prominently disclosed on their website.
