You must inform individuals that purchase a two day pass on-line using their phone that the tickets provided do not actually get you on the water taxi. You must still stand in the long line to be told the next two water taxis are sold out and you have no other way to get to your hotel in Alexandria in time for your other commitments. Very poor service. Why buy on-line when you are still required to stand in line???
