I will say this everywhere I can. This place is awful. Keep looking. I can't really say how the providers themselves are, because we were here for ADHD testing. One psychologist interviewed my child for 1 hour, and the psychiatrist who manages her medicine sees us by telehealth and has never even talked to the patient. I had seen one of their Dr.'s for 4-5 years. I then no longer needed their services. After about 3 years, I went seeking their services again. The first appointment they had was 3 months after the call. After a failed virtual attempt on their end, I tried to get another scheduled time. They said they could schedule me again in 6 weeks. Again, after already waiting 3 months. I couldn't get a hold of anyone via phone, played voicemail tag (because the call from a blocked phone number, I didn't answer) and multiple emails... read more
