*EDIT: He is no longer at this practice. * Can not say enough good things about Terence Barlow. He is thorough and patient. I never feel rushed or brushed off. He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain things. I have been searching for a provider like this for YEARS. Front desk staff has been hit or miss. No glaring issues, just not always friendly. Overall, the reviews of this practice are misleading.
Dr. Tesfalidet has been my primary care doctor for about 15 years, and I have been extremely pleased with the care provided by the entire team, including Dr. Tesfalidet, Sharon, and others. During my visits, Dr. Tesfalidet always reviews my medical records, listens carefully to my explanations of any symptoms or injuries that I may present, examines me carefully, and provides expert, thorough diagnoses and any prescriptions or referrals that may be required. Told me I was crazy when I wanted to start HRT. After two years with both a therapist & psychiatrist. Said they were crazy also for diagnosing me gender dysphoric. Rude staff. Dr. Likes to practice religion together with medicine. Dr. Greenspan Totally violated the Maryland patient bill of rights. Also,the hypocritic oath. Want to preface this by saying that Erica Meyer is fantastic and this is no reflection of her or her care -- we love her and cannot say enough amazing things about her. However, Potomac Physicians reception/phone line is horrific at best. Can never get through to a real person, can never make appointments, can't get a call back and when we had an emergency we could not get through because the phone line just sits in a never ending menu. Use to be a great place , Great people, Doctors forced to speed it up by lifebridge , Staff never taken care of . After 20 years , Some of the medical equipment outdated . ( Blood pressure cuff blew due to being old , Again once a great staff . Some gave it there best . Others just a check . It falls down to lifebridge mgt , They didn't take care of there employees.
