Want to preface this by saying that Erica Meyer is fantastic and this is no reflection of her or her care -- we love her and cannot say enough amazing things about her. However, Potomac Physicians reception/phone line is horrific at best. Can never get through to a real person, can never make appointments, can't get a call back and when we had an emergency we could not get through because the phone line just sits in a never ending menu. Use to be a great place , Great people, Doctors forced to speed it up by lifebridge , Staff never taken care of . After 20 years , Some of the medical equipment outdated . ( Blood pressure cuff blew due to being old , Again once a great staff . Some gave it there best . Others just a check . It falls down to lifebridge mgt , They didn't take care of there employees. Worst practice ever I been too. They never call you back to read your blood reports. The physician assistants are never available to follow up. People if you love yourself, don’t do here. They are just making money of of your insurance and not taking care of you. They are evil. Every one of them.
I've been with this practice since I was an infant I had Dr Rodriguez and I'm now 35 years old both my kids an 3 of my god kids all go to Dr Erica Meyer here at Potomac physicians and I absolutely love her
Nobody ever answers the phone. Have called three times and have been waiting for more than 10 minutes each time. No answer at all. Truly unprofessional. If they cant even answer the phone I can’t imagine the service they provide.
