Got great advice for shrubs for my apartment balcony, and when I nearly killed them after two months (because I have no idea what I'm doing), Chris was particularly helpful over the phone (looked at pictures, etc.) to help me fix the watering routine. Really appreciate the great customer service and knowledge!

Outstanding customer service! Ms. Singh went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our tree.
Very disappointed!! Called one and a half weeks ahead to make sure I had time for a floral order. I was given a deadline; however, when I called back on that date they told me they were at capacity and could not help. Now I am left scrambling. I could have easily called the order in earlier. I have frequented the nursery in the past, but due to this let down, will not spend any more money there!
