I'm giving only 1 star due to the horrible staff and management at Burlington Coat Factory. I live down in Stafford and drove up to Potomac Mills this past weekend to get my daughter a coat, we got home and took her coat out of the bag and they never took the hard plastic security thing off even though it was through the barcode. I called and asked if I can remove it myself and she said no it would get damaged so I asked if I can get some sort of discount since I would have to waste my time and gas driving 30 miles because o... read more
