BEWARE!!! If you plan on renting from then you WILL NOT get your security deposit back. Nothing was ever fixed in the year and a half we lived there. When I questioned the charges after we moved out, they did a revised version which just so happened to equal $1150 to the penny. Which is what our deposit was. Extremely shady business.
By fixing what their tenants damage
They aren't willing to fix anything when you call about issues with the home. They charge you for unnecessary things after you move. We took care of the home we were in very well. We were there for 3 years. Poor customer service.
