This place is really disappointing. IT IS LESS THAN ONE STAR. It has become one of the worst facilities for seniors that I could imagine. My aunt has been at Potomac Falls for over five years now, and when she first arrived for physical therapy, it was decent, and the nurses were acceptable. However, in the past two years, conditions have deteriorated significantly. Front desk staff is extremely rude and the doctors are sketchy as others have said. Prescribed medication without warning of side effects. Do not go here

I like Dr. Raju and she really cares about her patients. However, the front desk staff needs to go. They are so rude, constantly talk over you and interrupt you on the phone, and I cannot understand a word they are saying. I will change the review to 5 stars if this problem is corrected.
