Very professional and prompt. Quick with estimate and they were able to install a garage lift within a week. Very patient with my questions regarding the garage lift and how to best install given the configurations of my garage. Installation completed in the timeline quoted. Post installation, I need some additional clarification on use of the lift as well as had issue with getting the garage door to close. Potomac garage solutions was a fabulous company to work with. I highly recommend them they were responsive on time priced competitively and the work was excellent. I have only good things to say about working with this firm. I purchased a new garage door from them in December 2023.

Tony and the PGS team clearly communicated the scope, nature, and cost of our garage improvement project. They stuck to their estimates and delivered on what they promised. They worked with us to get the job done while coordinating with other contractors doing different jobs. They demonstrated great care and workmanship in the finishing, flooring, and storage solutions we selected and helped optimize our use of space. If I had another garage, I'd do it again using the PGS team.

Jose from Potomac Garage Solutions was awesome. I really needed help with one of the stations in my three car garage. The light was blinking 24/7 and the unit didn't work. Potomac Garage Solutions sent Jose out to my home. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered a new part and came yesterday to install it. He was so smart and very kind. Fabulous customer service. Tony, who was the designer, did a great job and had great follow through. He kept me up to date on everything and came out to the project to ensure that everything was going smoothly. The two installers did a great job. They were courteous and did a great clean up. Michele in customer service was quick to respond to my questions.
Great contractor who redesigned my garage and installed more storage and a new floor. From quote to installation was about three weeks and 2.5 days of work. They were clean and quiet and respectful. My neighbors are all jealous of the end result!
Amazing.!! The complete process was amazing. These guys are awesome! From 1st phone call to the office speaking to Michele who was very accommodating to the fabulous sales rep Tony, who followed the entire process until completion, to the installers led by Eduardo, His team was thorough and very neat in their process. Amazing company, fair prices, GREAT service and GREAT product. Forget using the HD "do-it-yourself" kits. They don't look near as good, nor do they last more than a couple of years.
