I contracted with Potomac Garage Solutions for a major garage project which included flooring, cabinets, overhead motorized bins and wall mounting board. The owner of Potomac Garage Solutions, Zev Pomerance, installed 2 outlets in my detached garage for 3 storage lifts without a Fairfax County permit. Now I am experiencing electrical problems and he won’t come back to fix it. One of the lift motors failed, so he installed a small cheaper one that doesn’t work properly. He got the garage floor epoxy and the “sprinkles” on surfaces where they don’t belong and it’s a difficult mess to clean up. He installed a sink improperly which is too big and doesn’t sit properly. The company president, Zev P********, never informed my husband that the intensity of the toxic fumes would be unbearable for our family to occupy the house while paint is applied to the garage floor. We have young children and a dog, all of whom he met when he came to our home. We were exposed to dangerous toxic fumes that caused burning in our chests and difficulty breathing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
