They are freaking terrible!!! Terrible service provided. Never answer their phones. Always have to use their AI that is terrible!!!!!! They are a monopoly. I don’t understand how they have raised prices TWICE in 6 months.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have had my solar panels installed for over 5 months and Delmarva Power/Pepco Holdings has yet to grant my system permission to turn on. When I call, you are not allowed to speak to a live person and they email you back once a month saying that the project has been pushed back. My last email from Pepco Holdings stated that they had 20 business days to grant permission to turn on from when part 2 was submitted on their end which was 2.20.2025. Pepco hasn't had the best reputation and their service doesn't help with what most costumers have already said about them. Never put your payments in their overnight drop box because they will take your money and claim they never received the payment, happened to me twice years ago. Just a year ago, I could call their 202-833 number and get an American customer service representative but now the calls are going to Canada and the reps sound Filipino, which is no problem but they can't answer basic questions.
