Barely use electricity yet still owe thousands, I couldn’t keep up so they shut off my electricity.. now that I can pay the whole company is Out of service! I go to sleep freezing again and frozen goods gone. All they care about is money! Nikola Tesla rolling in his grave with how electric companies are today.
SE DC AREA: Dealing with constant power outages DAILY in my entire building for the the past several weeks! Calling customer service is pointless because they want to blame it on possibly "squirrels, birds, and global warming" instead of sending a technician out to check out the power lines and boxes. It's crazy that my bill has almost doubled but the service/quality is non-existent!
