How about this, I called to ask about a 100 dollar deposit that I had to put on my account some years back. I wanted to know if they could apply it, I was told that I needed a court order to even see that far back in my account. Next, I’m moving and wanted to transfer my account, lo and behold I was told that there would be a 100 dollar deposit put on my account. I don’t know who should I contact with to fix this issue? This is a horrible company When they do not read the meter, they just threw you an estimated crazy amount of electric bill, I have Solar Panel I’ve been paying $21 administration fee because it’s a vacant house, not using electric, yet we are generating more than we use, ( basically th fridge and wifi moden uses electricity, nothing else ).
