How about this, I called to ask about a 100 dollar deposit that I had to put on my account some years back. I wanted to know if they could apply it, I was told that I needed a court order to even see that far back in my account. Next, I’m moving and wanted to transfer my account, lo and behold I was told that there would be a 100 dollar deposit put on my account.
