New management is awful. Clueless; they do not follow up on concerns that are waiting for their response, and maintenance is a joke. Maintenance half solves problems and will damage personal belongings in the process.
The Potomac Commons has exceptional personnel across all of the teams providing support to the community's residents. For example, the leasing office and maintenance teams go above and beyond in responding to requests for service. I highly recommend this apartment community!
Honestly, Have lived here two years and it’s been good overall. They set a good standard for everyone to live respectfully. I never feel in danger, It’s clean, mostly drama free, and there’s always a sheriff of car parked in the neighborhood. Family friendly, lots of working people. Maintenance comes in a timely manner and does a good job. The plumbing can get overwhelmed at times, but I think it’s because everybody gets water included with rent. We love living here and it is close for my boyfriend to walk to work. Which it is a quiet place to live at. We have nice neighbors. And there is nice staff that works here.
