Cody in the service department was so very helpful over the phone. Even after I figured out the issue on my own (and called back to cancel my scheduled service appointment), he was curious to know how I solved the issue (presumably so that he could better help others in the future). Highly recommended!
Rick in the parts department has always been able to find what we need, but if it’s not available there, he can suggest where it might be found. He works very patiently to help every customer.
The guys who work here are really helpful and knowledgeable. I’m new to owning a tractor and they have really helped me understand what’s going on with it.
