I cannot say enough good things about Poteete. My basement flooded with storm drain backup, recently, and I needed help fast. Mr Poteete went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out over a weekend and the next 3 days stopping by multiple times, keeping me informed and, ultimately, installing a new furnace. I couldn't be happier with the way he handled my situation - very reassuring, considerate, prompt and professional.
