I had a really disappointing experience at this Potbelly location. The customer service was terrible. None of the employees looked like they wanted to be there. They were unhelpful, unfriendly, and didn’t acknowledge me properly. It was clear that they had no interest in making the experience positive. The team energy was low and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Easily best sandwiches in Lumberton
The sandwiches are good except for the tuna. It taste really fishy and dry. It taste worse toasted.
This is the best sandwich I have ever had the bread was soft and perfect and the atmosphere was very nice and the bathrooms were clean and the people were nice I highly recommend this Is a must have if in Texas
