Very disappointed and frustrated due to how a very simple request was handled. My husband and I placed an order for two sandwiches. One of them included avocado by default. I politely asked that the avocado from my sandwich be placed onto my husband’s sandwich instead. Apathetic Potbelly Location with Zero Customer Concern from their Mistake. I ordered sandwiches through DoorDash, only one got delivered. I called the store and they said they forgot to include it. The resolution was a refund or I could drive to the store to fix their mistake. When I asked about them calling DoorDash to get a driver, they refused. ... And what was delivered was missing ingredients. Unbelievable. Will never order from this location again.
