My favorite sub shop in the world let me down the day I should have never ordered online because I figured I would get messed up in person it's always correct
Apathetic Potbelly Location with Zero Customer Concern from their Mistake. I ordered sandwiches through DoorDash, only one got delivered. I called the store and they said they forgot to include it. The resolution was a refund or I could drive to the store to fix their mistake. When I asked about them calling DoorDash to get a driver, they refused. ... And what was delivered was missing ingredients. Unbelievable. Will never order from this location again.
