Never received my food and the person I spoke with was incredibly rude and said they would pass along my request for a refund.
0/5 items in my order were correct. Wrong cookies, warm bottle of Coke instead of a milkshake, some other type of soup, and the sandwich was ONLY tuna salad - no Swiss cheese like the description, and no lettuce, tomato, or pickle like the photo.
I love Potbelly's. One of my favorite places to eat, but my one visit to this location made me question it all. The staff was rude and didn't want to be bothered. The hours are terrible... can you at least stay open until 6pm? Across the street from a hotel but not open on weekends? Just a bummer in my opinion
I love this place for Mr. David, Me. Eddy and all the ladies in the restaurant! They are very very professional, kindly, Respectful and they had Love and Excellent Customer Service!
