I ordered from potbelly a second time today 9/12/2026 and the pot pie soup was so sour it smelled and taste like fish Im so turned off by this as I ordered this before and it was so good I thought I get some more but today it must some weekend, don't care and know how to tell if something is spoiled. Im not sure if I order from here again especially on the weekends 😕
The sandwich was very great and fresh tasting 🧅🫑🥒🧄🥬
Don’t get me wrong, the food was good, but the customer service could have been better There is an “Order Here” sign, but it’s up on the ceiling, and most people are looking straight ahead or down not necessarily looking up for a sign I understand that employees may get frustrated having to direct people, but that doesn’t justify calling customers slow A little patience and better communication would go a long way
