this was our first time and will definitely be our last time. the two black girls were so rude. they kept making faces and remarks to me. so unprofessional. i hope they get fired for this unprofessional behavior.
Pot belly has really good sandwiches and soups
Ive been here multiple times the first time the food was good. But everytime after the food has been cold, soggy, with random amount of each topping. Like a tiny bit of ranch then a mountain of red peppers with a sprinkle of lettuce and a mountain of onions. The staff is always short with you. Theyre not rude but they very clearly do not want to be there and wish you werent too. Tables are dirty most of the time but eating inside is already ruined by the bad food and short customer service.
Food is good but the customer service can be lacking. I decided not to order today bc I felt immediately unwelcomed by the staff when I walked in.
Horrible experience 3/1/26 @ 2:40pm. Service was horrible (took well over 15mins), food horrible Salima served me old dried out Mac & cheese. Sandwich maker Kiki got my order wrong and tried to fake like she redid the order but really didn’t. Male Employee with dreads (didn’t have name tag) wasn’t productive or helpful at all. Will be following up with management next business day.
