The staff prepared my food very quickly, which I appreciated. However, I want to request that cashiers avoid touching the inside of soda cups with their bare fingers, especially right after handling money and the cash register. To keep things more hygienic and efficient, it might be better to let customers grab their own cups from an upside-down stack placed next to the register.

First time in DC, and first time eating at Potbelly. My sandwich was humongous! I got a veggie one. They are very generous with the toppings! And it tasted so good. I wish there was a potbelly in California! I’d eat there all the time.
