Love this location! Friendly service and good food! The Wreck is my favorite but the other options are yummy as well
A regional manager should really take the time to come check in on this location because service is an abomination.
I wish I could give zero stars for Service. Every single time, without fail, if I order on the app, my sandwich isn't even STARTED until I walk in (usually 5 mins AFTER it tells me it will be ready) and ask about it. What on earth is the point of ordering ahead?! This happens when there are zero other customers in the restaurant so it's not that they are too busy. They just are not trained well and don't care - please, invest in training and don't keep employees who prove over and over that they don't care. I'm not exaggerat... read more
