Had the chili and the steak sandwich both was amazing
This location is always understaffed. The lunchtime rush requires more than one person completing orders for both online/pickup and in-person orders. Because they are understaffed and rushed, they usually have a bad attitude. I expect a bad attitude from a hole-in-the-wall shop that has cheap food but this is a national brand that charges $15 for a sandwich. Hire more people and staff your restaurants, Potbelly. What a disappointment.

Esta dama trabaja en este restaurante lo cual es súper descortés, fui para que me diera una comida To GO y fue incapaz de atenderme solo estaba hablando con otro compañero de trabajo y no me daba la atención. Gente así de grosera no debería estar trabajando ahí. Y sin documentos
