The food was great, and there were plenty of options, including vegan choices. However, it’s not very friendly for people who only speak basic English.
Prices are good and the food tastes amazing.
Worst experience at a potbelly. 5-6employees on staff, only 3 working. The gentlemen putting toppings on had little experience making sandwiches, we had 4x the deli mustard and he was falling behind making them. The guy next to him just watched as conveyer backed up. Lady at register ignored us as she argued with a female coworker. I like potbelly, just not this one. It’s underground location.
The location doesn’t open on time.
