Just came here for lunch and for some reason they are closed, at 12:30.
We visited Potbelly for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, even though it was our first visit. The food was really delicious and exceeded our expectations. Definitely a great experience and a place we would happily visit again.
I enjoyed the banana pudding shake. The chicken melt sandwich was good too. The main challenge I had was, location. There is another Potbellys down the street, so when I went to pick up my food, I was at the wrong location at first. But overall, the line went quickly, and my food was good.
The food was great, and there were plenty of options, including vegan choices. However, it’s not very friendly for people who only speak basic English.
