Without a doubt, the worst experience I can remember. These people weren't just uncaring and rude, they were angry and somewhat menacing. Their mumbling was unintelligible and they got angry when you didn't understand them. Food was nothing special and slapped together. Didn't even bother to completely slice the sandwich in half. It's located in an underground food mall type area. Pretty small and feels grubby. Service was completely uncaring, like they wanted to be doing something else. Sandwich was just ok. Not as tasty as other locations. There are other food choices around this one and I suggest you try one of those instead.
Tee at the LeFant Plaza has HORRIBLE CS skills she advised my daughter curtly there were no shake cups. When the group ordering after her placed their orders were told the same thing. And while my daughter AAAAANNNNND the other orders were waiting for their orders to be filled guess whT someone showed up with. You guessed it. CUPS!!!! I'm trying to promote DC business since I have to work there but it makes no sense for your salad to contain withered lettuce, and it was just prepared and they rushed me to go to the register to pay, without seeing my salad be prepared.
