It’s unbelievable! They DO NOT have a restroom or fountain drinks. This has to be the most underwhelming location I’ve ever been to. Potbelly has got to do BETTER! Staff was pretty friendly but the lack of restroom and fountain drinks takes away from the restaurant experience. I’m extremely disappointed.
Went to Potbelly for the first time and had a terrible customer service experience. The skinny girl working the cashier, who seemed to be the manager, had a horrible attitude and was very unwelcoming. She even yelled at her coworker, which was extremely unprofessional. Definitely not a good first impression!
Food was fine but the woman taking orders was a little unnecessarily rude. The rest of the staff was fine and helpful.
Stopped in on our family vacation about 2 weeks ago for dinner after a long day and the staff was very friendly and the food was great. Couldn't ask for more. Great place.
