I am traumatized. The rudest personal we have found in USA! Everything is a mess, the don’t know how to cooperate or to be kind. In addition, the coffee was DISGUSTING. A change in workers is necessary.
I have been going to this Potbelly regularly for the last two years. The service is always excellent! The staff is always pleasant and gets orders completed quickly. Even when there is a long line, I know that I'll be able to get my order in just a few minutes. Lisa, the General Manager, jumps in wherever is necessary in order to keep things moving as quickly and swiftly as possible. Staff is ridiculously rude. Went in for lunch and asked about washrooms while we ordered, and was treated like a total piece of trash.
Their cookies were raw. Not just underbaked but raw. This is a health hazard.
Lisa (store manager) was very, very kind to me recently. I can tell that she is like that genuinely on and off the clock. I was having issues with ordering and applying my discount to my sandwich. She didn't even hesitate to not only help me but provided me with her discount. Top tier customer service, not just for the discount but she made it seem like she enjoyed assisting me.SHOUT TO ME MISS LISA!
